Nature Walk with Color Westside Green!
Join Color Westside Green for a relaxing and educational nature walk at Salmon Creek Nature Preserve! The walk will be led by Daryl Odhner of the Sierra Club and Will Macaluso of the Genesee Land Trust will demonstrate for those who are interested how to remove invasive species. Some tools will be provided, and if you wish, you can bring clippers and small hand saws. We can't wait to enjoy one our special local wild places with you!
What to expect: The walk is about a mile on gentle terrain - there may be some mud, so sturdy shoes will be helpful. Long pants and long sleeves are best.
Salmon Creek Nature Preserve is located at 425 Bennett Road in Parma, NY.
