Free Art Class: Ignite the Darkness In-Person / Online
See stars that explode in a night sky like fireworks! On May 15, discover how famous artists Vincent van Gogh, Rene Magritte, and others create brilliant paintings inspired by the night. Then paint your own night vision. Please note the later time this month to 4:00 PM. Have paint supplies on hand including acrylic primary colors, paint brush, and paper. Small inexpensive paints are fine to start with as you will be completing beginner exercises.
We are continuing our free art lessons with Joyce Raimondo, exceptional Education Coordinator with the Pollock-Krasner House & Study Center. You can choose in-person or Zoom for these monthly hybrid events. April, May and June programs will be at 4:00 PM. Joyce will provide encouraging and critical feedback on your work during each session. *Please register in advance for each class and note the list of supplies you will need each time, whether attending in-person or via Zoom. Your Zoom link will be sent on the day of each class, so check your email & spam folder.
