Make S'mores in a Solar Oven In-Person
Join us to make s'mores in your own solar oven! We'll begin by building our solar ovens out of pizza boxes and other household supplies - then kids can build their own s'mores to cook using the power of the sun!
Please register everyone who will be making a solar oven - the library will provide supplies for up to 25 solar oven builders and s'more-eaters. No need to fear rain, clouds, or cold! We will have electric toaster ovens as a backup to cook our s'mores no matter the weather, and everyone can still build their own solar oven to take home and cook with on a sunny day.
