1st Annual Comic Empowerment Awards In-Person
The first award ceremony celebrating the inspirational comics of all the groups that participated in the Comic Empowerment Program at Central Library. We will discover which comic has the best main character, best world, is the most inspirational, and is best overall comic. There will also be an in-person vote for Best Cover! Come celebrate the hard work of over 70 teens across Rochester!
