ZOOM: At Home Composting

ZOOM: At Home Composting Online

Composting is a great way to reduce your individual waste while also strengthening the natural ecosystem around you. Learn how to practice natures recycling and receive educational resources to easily integrate composting into your home. This program will be presented online by Challis Mathes, Horticulture Resource Educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Program hosted via Zoom by our friends at the Rush Public Library. Registration is required to receive Zoom link, which will be sent out the day before and the day of the program.

This program is offered in partnership with Rochester Reads!, an annual city-wide tradition created by Writers & Books in 2001 that inspires readers to connect to one another through the shared experience of literature. This year's selection is Soil: The Story of a Black Mother's Garden by Camille T. Dungy.
