Business First Wednesday: Resilience Strategies for Entrepreneurs & Sustainable Success Online
Small business ownership comes with unique pressures including financial risks, unpredictable schedules, and the responsibility of doing it all. This workshop will equip entrepreneurs with tools to lead themselves and their businesses with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Jen Schwytzer, therapist and team culture coach, will guide you through strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and prevent burnout so you can stay focused on the big picture: building a business that lasts.
Business First Wednesdays are for aspiring or current business owners and is brought to you by the Business Insight Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County and the SUNY Brockport Small Business Development Center.
