Do you knit? Crochet? Sew? Embroider? Why stitch alone at home when you can gather at the library with other like-minded crafters? We'll provide hot beverages to sip, you bring a project you're working on. Get to know the other crafters in our community, and maybe even pick up a new tip or trick from someone! 

All skill levels welcome.

NEW! At this program, we will also be collecting donations of handmade 9” x 9” blanket squares to be put together into snuggly, comforting Share & Care blankets to be donated to families in need in our local community. 

Squares can be knit or crochet in any color, style, or pattern—please just use machine-washable yarn and make sure the finished squares measure 9” x 9”. Drop off your squares in the collection basket in the library's main lobby café area anytime the library is open. 

We are collecting squares now through December. Stay tuned for blanket bees during the wintertime where we will piece together all the blanket squares!
