Punk Rock Book Club & Coming Down Show In-Person
Join authors Karl Buechner (vocalist: Earth Crisis, Freya, Apocalypse Tribe), Jeremy Mueller, and Keith Ward for a free punk rock book club that will include a reading from the middle grade (ages 8-14) fantasy novel, The Unraveling: The Counsel of Crows, followed by a Q&A session and book signing. The evening will conclude with a live set by Coming Down.
The Unraveling will appeal to fans of the Redwall series, Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, and Watership Down.
Free food and drinks from The Red Fern and Ugly Duck Coffee. Free (temporary) tattoos for kids applied by tattoo artist Adrien Moses Clark from Axe of Kindness Tattoo.
Irondequoit Public Library is closed for regular use on August 30th, but we will open for this special event at 5:00 PM. Please enter through the doors labeled “Meeting Rooms.”
