Pop-Up Book Club: Killers of the Flower Moon, David Grann In-Person
The influence of New York Times bestselling author David Grann has been pretty hard to escape these past few years - 2023 saw the publication of Grann's third smash-hit book The Wager, while at the same time Martin Scorsese released an adaptation of 2014's Killers of the Flower Moon that was nominated for ten Academy Awards. Turns out the next thing on Grann's calendar is a trip to Rochester!
Join us in celebration of Grann's visit to our city to present for the Rochester Speakers Series on October 7th with a special, pop-up book club to discuss Killers of the Flower Moon. This will be combined with a screening of the Scorsese's 2023 adaptation for our Movie Madness event on October, so you can compare, contrast, and debate to your heart's content!
