MCLS Star Party at Webster Library
Join Monroe County Library System (MCLS) Member Libraries on Saturday, October 4 to look up at the night sky! MCLS will be hosting TWO Star Parties for stargazing and STEM related activities suitable for all ages. Check out the stars with our telescope and binoculars or bring your own! MCLS is a proud partner of the RMSC Community STEM Ambassadors program.
Join us on October 4 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at:

What's Happening at Webster's Star Party?
- View the stars with a telescope or binoculars - we'll have some to borrow but we recommend you bring your own.
- Listen to Jim Porter, retired Chief Systems Engineer and Professional Engineer at NASA, discuss, "What can you see in the night sky?"
- See robots demonstrated by the McQuaid IgKnighters Robotics Team.
- Play large versions of your favorite games outside with your family or friends.
- Make a space-themed craft!
- Listen a storytime and join in on a sing-along.
- Enter a raffle for a chance to win a prize - each attendee will get a free raffle ticket!
