Stuck in a social media constrained world and immersed in excessive social drama, we are drifting away from the human connections that make us… well, human. Stuck in our Screens: Setting Aside Social Drama and Restoring Human Connection by Kathleen P. Allen's, Ph.D., follows Allen's work on adolescent social drama and considers what effects adult social drama is having on our society. Come listen to Allen discuss her book and how our behaviors are ruining our interactions with each other. She will also offer some thoughts on a social remake of how we talk, think, and behave.

About the author: Kathleen P. Allen is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Canisius University. She grew up in Greece and now lives in Fairport.
