Lunch & Learn: Book & Grief Talk with Jennifer Sanfilippo In-Person
Join us for a heartfelt talk with local author Jennifer Sanfilippo, whose book Our Last Walk Home: Love, Cancer, and the Agony of Letting Go chronicles her 30-year marriage and her husband’s cancer journey during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Jennifer will share what led her to write this deeply personal story, how the process helped her heal from healthcare trauma, and how it ultimately guided her toward a new career as a grief and bereavement counselor and educator. The event will conclude with an open Q&A.
Bring a bag lunch and eat with us at 11:30 am, before this informative talk. If you just want to listen to the talk and eat dessert, please come at 12:00. Dessert and beverages will be provided.
