Dance into Art Workshop Online

Free Art Lessons: Joyce Raimondo, Education Coordinator with the Pollock-Krasner House & Study Center, provides an art history lesson plus a workshop during each of her sessions, along with encouraging and critical feedback of your work. You can watch via ZOOM inside the library or at home for these events. *Please register in advance for each class and have paper, pencils or watercolor/acrylic paints & brushes with you, whether attending in-person or via Zoom. Your Zoom link will be sent on the day of each class, so check your email & spam folder.

Explore how modern artists August Renoir, Edgard Degas, Henri Matisse, and others capture the dynamism of dance in painting and sculpture. Then paint or draw a dance that inspires you in the style of your choice on Wednesday, February 11th at 2:00 PM
