Free Art Lessons: Joyce Raimondo, Education Coordinator with the Pollock-Krasner House & Study Center, provides an art history lesson plus a workshop during each of her sessions, along with encouraging and critical feedback of your work. You can watch via ZOOM inside the library or at home for these events. *Please register in advance for each class and have paper, pencils or watercolor/acrylic paints & brushes with you, whether attending in-person or via Zoom. Your Zoom link will be sent on the day of each class, so check your email & spam folder.

Discover the mobiles of Alexander Calder – suspended forms that move with the flow of air. Then work alongside Joyce to create your own mobile. Have supplies on hand: hanger, sticks, or other items from which to suspend objects, wire or string, materials to hang from your mobile such as paper cut outs, cardboard shapes, shells, or recycled objects. Tools: scissors or wire cutters if needed on Wednesday, March 11th at 2:00 PM
