Herbal Tea & Tinctures In-Person
Herbal teas are not only delicious, they are also healthful. Herbs such as chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, mint, rosemary, and others offer us natural health remedies. Come join Karen and create your own cup of tea using common herbs and learn how easy it is to grow, dry, and use these herbs. As a bonus, you will learn how to make an herbal tincture that improves memory using a common culinary herb. This event will be held Wednesday evening, March 25th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM in the William Udicious Pavilion. The cost of the materials is $10. Please register in advance.
