Cookbook Club In-Person
Join Librarian Ryan for Brighton Library's tastiest book club! Each time we feature a different cookbook to make a dish from to bring to the meeting. There we will eat and discuss our experience making our dishes. This book club meets monthly.
This month we will be cooking from Ever Green Vietnamese by Andrea Nguyen.
How It Works:
- Register for the event.
- Stop in BEFORE the event to browse the month's selected cookbook at the information desk.
- Choose the recipe you'd like to make.
- Make a photocopy of that recipe to take home.
- Make it & bring it to the event.
- At the event, share your dish and taste others' while we discuss the cook book, the process of making the dish, and learn from each other's experience.
