Orchids & the 2026 Genesee Region Orchid Society Show In-Person
Orchids are fascinating plants with interesting and often beautiful flowers. Learn about orchids and how to grow them in Rochester in anticipation of the 2026 Genesee Region Orchid Society Show on April 16-19 at the Rochester Museum and Science Center's Eisenhart Auditorium. David S. Weiss from the Genesee Region Orchid Society (GROS) will present basic information on orchid distribution around the world, identification characteristics, naming, and of course how to grow orchids in northern New York. Please bring in your orchids for discussion. Attendees will receive a coupon for the 2026 Genesee Region Orchid Show.
