Travelogue: Marvels of the Mojave In-Person

Dan Reardon will share his experiences in the Mojave Desert. The Mojave is huge, 47,877 square miles, sprawling over four states. The region lures visitors to elevations thousands of feet above sea level to more than two hundred eighty feet below sea level. History buffs will learn how this region once Mined borax and now is a treasure.  Through Reardon’s photos you’ll see spring wildflowers in full bloom, walk through a Joshua Tree “forest”, stand at the lowest elevation in America, and hike in beautiful canyons.
