FreeShop: Thrifting at The Library In-Person

All are invited to experience garment thrifting at the library! Peruse racks of carefully selected pre-loved garments and take home a new-to-you item to add to your spring wardrobe, all for free. RIT students will also be on hand, sharing their experiences with thrifting, mending, and upcycling their wardrobe. The community is invited to donate up to three clean (washed) shirts, hoodies, or button-downs of all styles. Items can be dropped off at the library starting March 1. Garments should fit bodies ranging in sizes from middle-school through adult. Selected items will be available to patrons at the FreeShop thrifting event at the library on April 18. All items are free, but attendees are invited to bring a canned good to be donated to the Pittsford Food Cupboard.
