Lifespan: Living Healthy In-Person

For Adults

This six-week workshop is for adults with a chronic or limiting health condition. Caregivers are also welcome to attend. Come explore and discuss strategies around self-management, healthy eating, exercise, stress management, positive thinking, action-planning, decision-making, working with health professionals, and planning for the future. Each participant will receive a textbook, tool kit, exercise CD, and relaxation CD courtesy for the Friends of Penfield Public Library and Lifespan.
