The Library Inside and Out: A Historical Tour of the Rundel Memorial Building In-Person

The Rochester Public Library has called the Rundel Memorial Building home since 1936. The monumental building is a Rochester landmark and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. This National Library Week, join Special Collections Librarian Brandon Fess for a behind the scenes tour focused on the history of the library and its home. We will go into areas not normally open to the public while discussing the history of the building, its art and architecture, and the site on which it stands.

Registration is required for this event. We will meet in Hacker Hall (the Rundel Building's reading room).
