Homeschool Hour: Salmon Creek Nature Preserve Walk w/ the Genesee Land Trust In-Person
Homeschool Hour will be taking a field trip to Salmon Creek Park for a guided walk lead by Will Macaluso from the Genesee Land Trust. Genesee Land Trust preserves and protects natural lands and waterways that enhance the quality of life in the Greater Rochester region—providing wildlife habitat, locally grown food, and connections to nature—for everyone. Please wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate outfits since we will be outside.
Registration is required - please register each member of your group!
Location and Parking: Parking lot is located at 492 Bennett Road (County Rd 220) in Parma. The parking lot is made of recycled asphalt and accommodates eight cars. There is one designated accessible parking spot. Preserve visitors also have access to an accessible port-a-john at the preserve.
