Empowering Seniors Against Fraud In-Person

Fraud and identity theft targeting senior citizens is an increasingly widespread occurrence. Tina Longwell (The Summit Federal Credit Union) will discuss ways fraudsters reach out to and attempt to defraud and scam the senior population. We will give you strategies and information on how to minimize your risk of becoming a victim. We will discuss current trends and recent examples of fraudulent activity so you can be more aware to better protect yourself and your personal information.
