Travelogue: Antiquity of Egypt In-Person

The definition of antiquity is the ancient past. Come with us to explore one of the great civilizations of antiquity as we travel vicariously through Dan Reardon's photographs. Imagine stepping foot on the Great pyramid of Giza just as they did 4,500 years ago. Visit many splendors, including The Sphinx, Valley of the Kings, Karnak and Abu Simbel.  Cruise the mighty Nile River, flowing north, just like another river we are familiar with. Walk through a village where the inhabitants still bake their loaves of bread in adobe ovens. Take a hot air balloon excursion above the ancient city of Luxor. We'll visit sites that are thousands of years old, and unearth the secrets of the ancient past. How exciting!
