A Tale of Lost Sites In-Person
Though we live in an era when historical restoration is both possible and well-appreciated, major historical sites continue to disappear or fall into disrepair. The ongoing disappearance of nineteenth-century structures deprives future generations from viewing the past and understanding their town’s history. Join local archaeologist Justin Tubiolo to discuss several historical sites around Monroe County, and the great loss to personal histories when sites are demolished in favor of grading and development.
