Wired for Opportunity - Phones and Tablets In-Person
Attention Wired for Opportunity participants: Due to supply chain issues, we may not have devices in stock. Upon completing a Wired for Opportunity class, students will receive a voucher for one free device. Students will be contacted with information on how to claim their free device once the shipment arrives. A basic introduction to using both Apple and Android phones and tablets. Learn about communicating, using the internet, navigating apps, and more! Students who have already received a Chromebook are NOT eligible for a tablet. Maximum of 10 participants, basic computer experience necessary, registration required. This is a series of 4 classes as a part of the Wired for Opportunity program. Students must be at least 14 years old to attend. If students complete all 4 classes, they will receive a free tablet to take home. Limit of one device per person per household while supplies last.
