Sound Journey with Christopher Pedrone In-Person
Join us on Saturday, October 17th from 2pm to 3:30pm in the Rundel Arts Room, Arts & Literature Division for a Sound Journey with Christopher Pedrone.
Settle in, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be carried by waves of sound. This immersive sound journey features the deep resonance of gongs, the soothing tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, and the gentle shimmer of chimes. Together these instruments create a layered soundscape designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and support emotional release.
As the vibrations move through the room, you may experience a sense of grounding, spaciousness, or deep rest. No experience is needed—simply lie back, breathe, and allow the frequencies to wash over you. This class is an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself through the therapeutic power of sound.
Enjoy this class on the floor or in a chair. Bring all you require for comfort—mat, pillows, or blankets. Chairs are available at the library.
Christopher Pedrone has been performing sound journeys since 2018. He attended Don Conreaux’s Gong Camp in 2022, reinforcing his strong connection with the powerful experience and healing force of sacred instruments.
Registration is required, program limit of 20 participants.
