Perspective on Aging: Aging Well with Positive Experiences In-Person
Dr. Sara Margolin, SUNY Brockport, discusses research on how perspective on aging affects our aging experience. Learn about the change in our aging experience when we shift our mindset, engage in mindfulness activities and positive aging experience. Dr. Margolin follows this with an aging well question and answer session.
