QUIET WRITE AT THE LIBRARY

Quiet Write at the Library

Take an hour to slow down, reflect, and let your creativity flow.

Join teaching artist Joanne Brokaw for a relaxed, welcoming writing session as part of the East Rochester Public Library’s monthly Cozy Quiet Night. Participants will explore three writing prompts designed to encourage reflection and creative inspiration.

No writing experience is necessary, and there is no pressure to share. Sharing is completely optional. Bring a notebook or journal and something to write with, or simply come and see where the prompts take you.

What to expect:

  • One hour of quiet, guided writing
  • Three creative writing prompts
  • Time for reflection and inspiration
  • A relaxed, supportive atmosphere
