Fibonacci Sequence in Nature with Bob Beabout Online

The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers that was popularized in Europe by the Italian mathematician Fibonacci in 1202. A wide variety of artistic and natural phenomena have been discovered which approximate the numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence. This talk will describe some of these instances and speculate on why so many things in nature seem to follow inherent mathematics. Registration required.
