Re-think Your Drink! In-Person
Do you know what’s in that bottle? Natural sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, or 100% fruit juice? What does that nutrition facts label mean? Join us at the Central Library to find out! We will take a look at common drinks that we consume and learn how to calculate sugar amounts.
This free class will be presented by Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart Nutrition Educator from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County. Registration is requested in order to help us better prepare for this program, but is not required. Use the link below for registration, or call the Science Division at (585) 428-8110. Everyone is welcome to attend!
