Hula Hoop with Rosalind Walker

Want a fun way to improve your mood, tone your abdominal muscles and burn up to 600 calories an hour? Let’s hula hoop! The class teaches hooping movements and techniques both core hooping and off-the-body hooping, with an emphasis on exercise, play and dance. Adult size hula hoops are provided. No experience necessary, just a willingness to try. If you do not know how to hula hoop, we guarantee you will learn how.
