Sourdough: Beyond the Bread In-Person
Sourdough starter has a lot of versatility! Join Mary Birchenough from KneadingLife.com to learn the secrets of a flaky biscuit or scone through a demonstration that will leave you thinking outside the loaf. We'll sample both sweet and savory and end with a discussion of how to incorporate local herbs and fruits as well as care for a starter. Bring a small container if you'd like to take some sourdough starter home!
