Join us for the 1951 drama, A Place in the Sun, based on the novel ,An American Tragedy by Theodore Dreiser. It tells the story of a working-class young man who is sntangled with two women, one who works in his uncle's factory and the other is a beautiful socialite. This movie starts Montgomery Clift, Elizabeth Taylor and Shelly Winters. This film has been selected for preservation by the Library of Congress National Film Registry as being "culturally, historically and aesthetically significant." Find out why!
