George Eastman Museum In-Person
Join us for another GPL Out on the Town program! A private tour of the George Eastman Museum will start at 10:15 AM, please arrive at the University Avenue entrance (900 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14607) at 10 AM so we can gather before the tour. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. There are only 20 spots available. Registration will open on September 1st.
The private tour will last 45 minutes. We are welcome to self-guide the galleries, gardens, and the rest of the museum until it closes at 5 PM. It is suggested that you allow at least 2 hours to explore the museum.
A few notes from the George Eastman Museum:
• Photography is encouraged in the galleries and mansion unless otherwise noted, but the use of flash, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.
• Food, beverages, large bags, and backpacks are not allowed in the galleries, mansion, gardens, or Dryden Theatre. Lockers are available for visitor use in the coat room.
