Homeschoolers @ the Library - Civil War Reenactors In-Person

As a member of the 34th North Carolina and 64th New York Civil War reenactment groups, Tom Bowers regularly visits schools, scout meetings and community organizations, bringing a flavor of Civil War soldier and civilian life to students of all ages, including the highly popular School of the Soldier summer day camp program at Genesee Country Village." Local musician and reenactor Jenny Honan will perform Civil War era music. If weather permits, there will be a period appropriate encampment set up on the library lawn and a black powder musket demonstration.
