Introduction to Chocolate Making with Laughing Gull Chocolates
Lindsay Tarnoff from Laughing Gull Chocolates will be here to show us the art of chocolate making – vegan and non-vegan! During this chocolate making workshop, participants will be able to roll up their sleeves and learn not only the secret to great tasting chocolate, but also the fascinating story of chocolate. Practice the art of truffle-making from ganache to dipping and take home a small assortment of truffles. Ages 18 and up, registration required, maximum of 10 participants.
