Tai Chi for EveryBODY with Jean Sica

You're invited to find out why Harvard Medical School calls Tai Chi Medication in Motion and the CDC recommends Tai Chi for fall prevention. Tai Chi is a combination of slow, rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm. The movements are done standing. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or good walking shoes. Presented by Jean Sica. Registration required. Sponsored by the Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library.
