Conversation on Democracy Post Midterm Election In-Person
Conversation on Democracy Post Midterm Election -
Sunday, November 18 from 2:30-4:30 PM
For Adults
*Registration opens November 8*
Drs. Kathleen Donovan and Sebastian Lazardeux from the political science department at St. John Fisher College will discuss the outcome of the 2018 midterms. Were the predictions of a "blue wave" right? What did the political science forecasters predict, and how right (or wrong) were they? What effect will the elections have on policy-making going forward and what does it mean, if anything, for the 2020 presidential election? It will be part talk, part question-and-answer, and part discussion.
