INTO SILENCE MINDFULNESS In-Person

Rebecca Priest, co-creator of Into Silence, would like to share the rich practices of meditation with community members. In this session, we will explore the history of meditation benefits of a practice rooted in neuroscience and cognitive science, and review different practice styles. We will also spend 10-20 minutes practicing mindfulness (or mindlessness) meditation in the one of a kind mobile space and review ways to continue individual or small group practices.
