Open enrollment for the NYS Health Care Marketplace runs from November 1, 2018—January 31, 2019. Sign up for assistance by calling the Information Desk at 249-5481 to register to meet with a health care navigator. Please bring ID, the previous year’s tax return, and the social security numbers and birth-dates for all members of your family you will be enrolling. Registration required by calling (585) 249-5481 to set up an appointment.
