Registration is full for this series. This is a discussion program in conjunction with the Foreign Policy Association that focuses on U.S. foreign policy. This year's topics include: refugees and global migration; the United States' relationship with Mexico; U.S.-China trade conflict; the rise of populism in Europe. Participants will be notified when the briefing books ($26) will be available at the library circulation desk for pick up and purchase. Snow date will be April 1. This program is sponsored by the Friends of Penfield Public Library.
