Tuesday Topics: 'The Rochester Public Library as Social Infrastructure'

Tuesday Topics: 'The Rochester Public Library as Social Infrastructure' In-Person

Using sociologist Eric Klinenberg’s Palaces for the People as a reference point, we will hear how the public library provides the social infrastructure needed for a community to flourish.

This talk will serve as the overview for the season’s Tuesday Topics series, which will examine the many ways in which the public library provides services, programs, gathering spaces, and access to information for the Rochester community.

Presenter: Monroe County Library System/Rochester Public Library Director Patricia Uttaro
