Mama's Meatballs

We all know everyone has their own variation of the perfect meatball so this class is just the opportunity to share your most treasured, tried and true meatball recipe! Join us with Chef Jeffory McLean to learn the origins of meatballs dating back several generations and the various techniques he's learned from his mother's kitchen and along the way as a well-seasoned culinary chef. Chef Jeffory will be demonstrating his version of the ideal meatball and provide samples for the class to enjoy. This is a great opportunity to share stories about your recipes and what they mean to you!

Registration required.

Prior to the class, send in your recipe by Saturday, February 16th and the library will compile everyone's tried and true recipes for each participant to take home. Submit your recipe to anna.souannavong@libraryweb.org or drop off a copy at the library.
