"Your Silence Will Not Protect You! - The Writing of Audre Lorde Reading and Discussion Series In-Person

Explore the intersection of race, class, gender, and sexuality in this Humanities New York reading and discussion group featuring the work of writer and feminist Audre Lorde. Join us for a series of conversations around the themes of homophobia, racism, and sexism explored in selected essays from Lorde's book Sister Outsider. Copies of the book will be available for loan to registered participants. Tokeya C. Graham, Associate Professor of English at Monroe Community College, will facilitate the discussion.
