RESCHEDULED: Estate Planning* In-Person
This is an educational course designed to provide a basic overview and steps necessary for estate planning. We will review basic terms in the process, how assets can be titled to avoid probate and helpful processes that one can take to accurately plan. We will cover the tax implications and benefits. Also, we will have a local attorney who specializes in estate planning join us to discuss helpful strategies that he has seen work. lastly, attendees will leave this course with a better understanding of the planning process and the role of an executor.
