Music Icons of the 60s: Remembering the Music of Woodstock In-Person
The iconic "Three Days of Peace and Music" at Woodstock in August of 1969 was the culmination of the psychedelic era. From Jimi Hendrix to Janis Joplin, this presentation will explore the music of the original Woodstock festival. Come celebrate the 50th anniversary of this legendary event in rock music and popular culture history. Presented by Dr. Sungmin Shin, adjunct professor, RIT and UB. No registration required.
