Interpersonal Mindfulness In-Person

Learn and practice mindfulness skills to improve your relationships.  Today’s class will focus on being fully present in conversation. This can help, enhance effectiveness at work, improve relationships and increase self-acceptance.

Participants are encouraged to bring a cushion for comfort and enhanced meditation practice.

Lynn Acquafondata, LMHC, D.Min, has been studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation for more than 25 years. She is the owner of Crossbridge Counseling and Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates.
