Experience Meditation In-Person

Participants in this class will learn meditation practices and techniques. Practicing meditation can help you calm your mind in stressful situations. This can lead to enhanced effectiveness at work, improved relationships and increased self-acceptance.  Participants are encouraged to bring a cushion for comfort and enhanced meditation practice.

Lynn Acquafondata, LMHC, D.Min, has been studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation for more than 25 years. She is a the owner of Crossbridge Counseling and Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates.
