Planting Bulbs in Fall In-Person
Hardy bulbs planted in the fall can provide colorful blooms from February to October. Culture and planting techniques will be covered, including a recent no-dig method. Selection of species provides a choice of height, blooming time, and longevity. Forcing bulbs for indoor bloom in winter will also be discussed. Ken Harbison, a Master Gardener with the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County, will be our host.
